El objetivo de USA con la violación del DIP está más que conseguido: que Venezuela reciba a USA como un salvador y fuente de "esperanza". El petróleo y la excusa de la droga son elementos importantes, pero secundarios. Esto va de hegemonía política en la región y es un plan a medio-largo plazo.
