I read a while back that your body not only remembers trauma that happened but also recalls when it happened and on anniversaries it can kind of reappear. I didn’t realize one of mine was coming up in about a week and suddenly some of my struggles lately made a little more sense

Despite having a lingering stuffy nose from the last few days, I honestly think today is going to be a good day! ✨🩵
