Moray’s short-term lets hotspot revealed New analysis shows that Speyside Glenlivet has more than three times the proportion of short-term lets compared to the Moray average.

After hearing from people struggling to rent in Speyside and along the coast due to short-term lets, I moved that the Council should investigate the feasibility of STL control zones.
