Economic Response Fund Grant Guidelines Small businesses in Minnesota that have experienced operational disruptions in recent weeks may now apply for emergency financial support through the Economic Response Fund.

Richfield small businesses impacted by the ICE invasion can apply for and receive $2,500–$10,000 to help cover expenses like payroll, rent, and operations. Grants are awarded on a rolling basis until funds are distributed.
