super cute, could you find an actual comp for the murder mystery part? Doesn't necessarily have to be a book, could be a movie or tv show where a spirit gets a second chance at life in another body.

"No matter what the cost" is a bit vague. What ARE the costs? What is she doing to try to kill him? What are her stakes here? (assuming she could die by doing this but is she risking her loved ones? Or she risking all out war? Would she be exposing something?)

very cute! Only question is what goes "wrong" that drives the plot? Does she develop feelings for the son of the rival? Do her lies pile up and she's at risk of losing her relationship with. her parents and/or love interest?

Love the pieces of this pitch! I'm slightly confused. Is the fiance the soulmate? Or is that someone else? If so, why does she have a fiance (I'm assuming based on context that it might be a forced engagement if the fiance is not the soulmate). Also is the soulmate hate due to past history? A curse?

Of COURSE I'm so grateful I got my amazing agent during the 1st #DVpit. She's 1 of the main reasons I'm where I am today in publishing. But, I know without a doubt I wouldn't have made it this far without the friends I made. I need the support they provide at every step of the way! #writingcommunity

oh my god, this is so eerie! It definitely caught my eye! I don't really have notes just ideas for other pitches would include more character details about the magical chef. And what made her take the job and/or first suspect the mystery. Such a fun concept/pitch! good luck in DVpit!

I've noticed you're doing different pitches but using the same graphics. This is just a subjective suggestion so feel free to disregard, but graphics stand out so much that it might help to change up the graphics to ensure an agent/editor doesn't think they're seeing the same pitch over & over again

This sounds really heartwarming. I like that you hint at the spirits with both the Coco and the bullet point, but I think more details on how that incorporates in the plot would be great as well! (perhaps for your second pitch)

I don't think you need to say "Dual-POV" here. I'd instead use the space to explain what the inciting incident is and/or what they're doing to survive pirate raids together.

This sounds super fun! I'm wondering if you're trying for a Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy vibe? If so could you include a comp to give us a feel for that?

I'm liking this one so far! I think "dangerous beasts" might be a little vague BUT if it's that way to save characters in the pitch then it still gives some intrigue! Perhaps you can try a different pitch that gives more details on the antagonists but honestly it's reading as voicey & fun already!
