I run unstable for the OS and select some stable and some master packages depending on how bleeding edge I want them to be. Some apps, like signal desktop change the app state so that rollback is not a possibility, so be careful with that one

I wish there was a way to reserve cores or change nice on some test because many python modules tests are based on time threshold for responses and even on beefy machines under high load they will randomly fail and have to be rerun
