I got back on antidepressants this year and started going back to therapy. It helps some, and luckily it does help me tune out some of the spiraling 😅
This is literally me. I find myself reading posts about TS and thinking "who cares? Our country is in shambles." I wasn't excited for the cardigan, for RSD, for the news about TS12 that we heard today. I'm just numb and things that would've made me so happy one year ago don't feel like they matter.
