Desiree Cousteau topless and caped in the film originally made as the 1979 adult spoof Superwoman, later re-edited (and optically censored) into Ms. Magnificent thanks to a lawsuit from DC. Presented as a parody of a 1980 Topps Superman II card with a caption referencing the lawsuit (It's a bird! It's a plane! It's... a cease and desist?).

Sometimes damaged film perforations cause jump frames during transfer & we rebuild them! Serena w/ Jamie Gillis restoration in progress. I always thought this was a perfect example of their life together. I'll find out soon when we do our commentary for EFFERVESCENT: The Serena Collection Vol. 1.
