When you look at it closely I agree it is horrific. But it reminds me of a Dr Who baddie, maybe like the silence. Its actually making me think of how the Elves could be using a glamour to hide the horror if the faceless ones.

Oops nope I thought it was just a licence free image. But still the elf is safe... for now.
