i generally love even the lengthier and annoying runbacks (me likey ds1) but damn i haven't been this annoyed by something in a while lol

beat silksong and now working on the last endgame stuff

breathtaking game.
i thought city of tears was the most atmospheric and beautiful thing ever and then silksong act 2 happened. its incredible

only big issue i have in the WHOLE game is a runback for a certain frog boss honestly

so far i think the 2 mask damage is a pretty amazing change for general play and bossfights for the same reason you mentioned and that it makes it so you're pushed a lot more to learn bosses

only issue i have with it so far is some enviromental pits dealing 2 masks which just feel meh to me
