For any of this to work, social care will have to be fixed first!

The workforce plan will have to match the ambitions of this plan, more trained staff clinical staff will be needed. New properly funded training places, bursaries and improved pay and conditions in order to keep the staff you have and to encourage back many of those staff who have left the NHS.

More regulation of care providers and better pay would be a start!
