I always have to look up or ask my husband (because he lived in Washington state on the west coast) the pacific to Eastern time change for bands that like to release albums and tickets at like 10 am their time.

Yes. Making eastern time 3 hours ahead of pacific. So it's 8:30pm eastern, 7:30pm central, 6:30pm mountain and 5:30pm pacific.

It's 1 hour behind eastern time. I forget cities like Chicago are on central time and a hour behind me.
