Europe stepped up long ago. The EU & UK have been providing more aid to Ukraine than the US has, for almost 3 years. The US has given no weapons to Ukraine in over a year. Europe continues to do so. 75% of the intelligence shared with Ukraine come from Europe. The US is less relevant.
