UK Chancellor Rachel Reeves just previewed a three point growth strategy - with 'Stronger post Brexit trade relations with the EU' as No.1 goal.
Though for that to be meaningful, a much broader discussion on changing the UK's stance towards getting closer to the EU will be necessary.

I was delighted to hear President Macron praising the European Youth Mobility Scheme in London yesterday: ‘Let’s work together … to facilitate the exchange of students, researchers, intellectuals, artists…let’s allow our children to have the same opportunities as the ones we had’. Absolument!
Great to hear the petition calling for the UK to rejoin the EU asap was debated in parliament on Monday. The debate was well attended and support shown for moving towards closer ties with the EU. All good given global developments and UK economy.
