2. one of my cats yells a lot. i'll randomly hear meowing from another room that sounds like he's saying "hello" and i have to yell back "hi, i'm here" to let him know that he isn't home alone (or else he'll keep yelling) 😭

this is very silly but i literally lay on my couch and stare at the ceiling while i try to imagine/daydream new scenes (i usually end up falling asleep)(it's still the most effective thing i've tried so far)
