Done this the other way around with surprisingly okay results. I have no idea how. But yeah. To paraphrase a popular bromantic hockey film: Beer and soup is my thing. (Although if a jay slips in every now and again, hey--)
Just a small reminder that collective action works and human rights organizations are worth every penny spent.

This ruling is a start. *Of course, legionella is also suspected over there now.) Most of this was made possible by grassroots protesting within and outside of the city but also by the CAIR/AMICA Center team that investigated the allegations.

Yay for downtime! Going to add words here. ;)
For my series that's already available the MC sort of looks like Madchen Amick's lost cousin if she belonged to the same cult that Kimmy Schmidt escaped. Maybe with a splash of Doug Jones. Her foil looks a little like a sad, grunge, arty Alec Mapa.
Wrote six beach read books about a problematic psychic that doesn't believe in boundaries, willfully misunderstands things when it's convenient and tends to play fast and loose with possession. Basically if real life Lorraine Warren had a baby with John Constantine, you'd get this protagonist.

Life is a bridge between sets of null;
a place of being that can have bearing and weight
of spider silk despite the thinness of it.
Yet living life?
Living life is having brittleness that can crunch apart
like spent leaves in the forest.
Life is good; living is abominable.

😂 I think the hour's late for that but thanks for the encouragement. Love the #pretendpanels and the writing you share with us!
I was the trainee. The lady in question pleasantly watched a giraffe giving birth and threw me in the waters. I did fine, she did fine. Eventually hit her mark and retired in peace.
Imagine all the cool, fast trains we could have with the billions we spend on bombs.
Told you I wasn't dead. Anyway, if you want to contribute to an organization that will assist in relief in a nation no one's 'technically' at war with:

And wait, there's more. Keep your kids out of the military by spreading the word and supporting orgs like these:

1977--would go to see Floyd perform songs from Animals. Otherwise it'd have to be Zep. 1973 especially.
All of the above is gnarly and awful. Hope you recover quickly and painlessly.
Being too damn weird. If it were the kind of lol!quirky that works with the kids maybe it'd be one thing, but I'm just unabashedly Fred Armisen levels of weird...
It's either the diabeetus or excessive coffee drinking/weed. (Ask me how I know.)
Okay, on a final note: dealing with some *stuff* in my personal life right now so if I'm not crawling around on here adding commentary--never fear, I ain'tn't dead.
Just very, very preoccupied. If you'd like to help out an organization or have a special charity in mind, feel free to link here.

Just received a card from this lovely publishing team and am linking to their blog. If you remember way back in the wicked year of 2025 there was an author in their Instant Noodles webzine. Am subscribed to their newsletter and they're pretty helpful. currentwords.com/2025/12/25/a...
Apparently you can actually see it here. (I can hear it and don't have 12.99 a month extra.) www.nugs.net/live-downloa...
I can literally hear the show at Green Church from my window right now and it sounds incredible.
I have come to love these light lines
Delicate stencils upon my skin
Although they are but faint scars they
Display tempests of my past therein
One day they will fade perhaps
And let me bind myself in newer skin

Reason #9,999 why I live in the coolest city where people spontaneously do stuff and rock your socks off.
Ka ngahau! (Hope that's accurate. Cribbed it from a tourism website.)
Kind of realized I have that Rage Against the Machine energy. Nothing I write doesn't harp on how mad some things in this world tend to make me. I can be very funny about it, but it's still very much there.
