Bryan, any word if there’s a lawsuit in place against this ‘new law’ requiring these purely partisan tests for any redistricting maps? Seems like the LOWV and other parties for prop 4 have standing to sue or is just overly wishful thinking at this time?

Essentially this negates the effect of proposition 4 by placing preferential “tests” in place. Of course this was rammed through w/o any public hearing. Can this also be challenged in court for a legal review?
