Quick question for founders/team leads: How do you manage email signatures across your team?

Spreadsheets? Manual updates? Ignoring it entirely?

Building something to fix this and genuinely curious about the current state of things.

Honest question for small teams (5-50 people):

Would you rather have a signature tool that:
A) Integrates with Google Workspace (1hr setup, admin access)
B) Just gives you a link to share (2min setup, no admin)

Building something. Curious what people prefer.

I am not sure yet. Currently not thinking in adding features, but rather on how to strip everything unnecessary first that the current providers offer.

Building something small for SMBs.

My thesis: Most B2B tools are over-engineered. Small teams don't need enterprise complexity. They need one thing that's simple to set up and easy enough that an admin actually wants to touch it now and then.
