That's the one! They told me to sit on the edge of the bed with one leg on the bed and twist as much as you can and then change legs and go the other way, that kind of helped too, otherwise it was "good luck! lol" Theyre annoying though, i only used it on bad days, couldn't cope with it otherwise 😅

TBH it mainly consisted of being given a belt that held my hips and showing me a few stretches, the belts you can buy online and I have to say it did really help. They told me it was called PGP. AHH you lucky duck! I forgot about the season thing, still pregnancy at any time of year is rough 😅

Oh that happened to me too, my hips were AWFUL. I ended up in physiotherapy later down the line. I remember going to an appointment and got stuck in the chair because my hips just wouldn't play ball. Pregnancy is a beautiful thing, when it's someone else 🤣
