Apple and Google have 'effective duopoly' in UK says regulator
The tech giants both expressed concern at the rulings, but said they will co-operate with investigations.
‘Apple & Google may be required to change the way they operate some of their mobile services in the UK. "Around 90-100% of UK mobile devices run on Apple or Google's mobile platforms," the Competition & Markets Authority said, adding this means the firms "hold an effective duopoly".

Reddit introduces age verification in the UK ahead of new rules
The platform will bring in the measures from 14 July to stop under-18s looking at "certain mature content".
‘The social media platform [Reddit] has brought in the measures to comply with new rules under the UK's Online Safety Act which require sites that show adult material to introduce "robust" age checking techniques.’
