Summer is such a busy time. Kiddos, shows, crafting and life in general seems to be so much more busy than other times of the year.
It beats the alternative.
Well Vacation week is very nice. I completely rearranged my loft/office/crafting room. I had dinner with a dear Sunrise Sister. Crafting my heart out. Life is good.
Getting through my days with a sense of sanity. Keeping busy in life by trying to make some beauty.
What a week. So much happening.
Doing a show tomorrow with all my crafting.

I am feeling much better now. This cough can go fly a kite! Enjoying life with my hubs and the grands. Crafting and loving the life I have.

Well I had 5 days off work. Planned a bunch of fun stuff. Spent first day with my friend at hospital (she had surgery) Then day 2 I got sick. fever of 102 and achy all over. either bad sinus or ear infection. uggg. Why? the universe does not like me right now.

It worked for Dr Will on Big Brother in the US. He told them all he was going to lie, cheat and use them all. He won. He won because they all voted for him to win. Idiots on every corner I tell you.

Well surgery to remove a broken tooth yesterday and man the soreness today! Ouch! lots of rest on my agenda after picking up antibiotics. uggg Not what I planned for today.
I will make the most of it. trying to stay positive in these trying times.

I just can't even today. I liked it when the leader had tact and class. When they were truthful, honest and sane. The ability to control ones emotions and facial expressions has never been so tested. Kudos to the folks who are putting those skills to test right now. Going to rest now.
I am so stuffy. I hate getting sick. Colds just suck. This weather is not helping me feel any better. 80's then 48 hours later 50's. Then 48 hours later back to the low 80's and then 2 days later back to the low 50's. Mother Nature, You're drunk. Go home and sleep it off.
A very nice and peaceful weekend. I am so thankful for my partner who is also my best friend. He makes life so much more wonderful.

I don't go often because of the cost. I used to take my kids every week. Now with the grand kids I can't afford to take them but maybe once a year. For 4 of us to go see a movie at a theater it is close to $150 for tickets and 1 popcorn and 3 drinks. It is way out of control.
Playing a video game where I can kill thousands of monsters. It helps the anger go away.
I started watching a series called "Silo" I have to say it is well written, engaging, exciting and I am loving it.
I had a very nice craft show yesterday. It was so cold to set up but ended up being a beautiful day. I am so blessed to have a wonderful partner to share my life with. He makes all the days so much better.
