I don’t really hear plural people and their personalities experiencing blackouts. So is this something else? Is it in the DSM5?

Ok so, I have known MANY friends, including my own partner, who are plural. I personally have never fully understood the concept but I am always willing to understand more. So to be plural mean you have DID? But tranditionally most DID people are not aware and will black out between personalities.
