I don't have ADHD, but what I do to stave off boredom is I use treadmills with screens. Usually they have games on em so I play those while jogging.

Some info about Lillian: At the start of the campaign, she had only been "alive" for ~4-6 months. She originally woke up in an abandoned house and wandered outside. Eventually, she was found by the wizard of the party and the two have been traveling together ever since.

As an inaugural post, here is my most current D&D character. Her name is Lillian! She's a Great Old One warlock that's also a porcelain doll. She uses the warforged racial stats from Eberron: Rising from the Last War and the 2024 phb stats for warlock. Art is by @pomegranaded.bsky.social
