I love how every artist has a different style that's wholly and uniquely them. even if ppl draw in the same general style, there's still just ✨something✨ about it that has the fingerprints of its creator and I think that's part of what makes art so beautiful

Ya the fact that you have to do all of that just for the chance to even get seen is so ridiculous :(

The only stuff I see getting huge numbers anymore is fanart for active and popular fandoms. Less chance for any other kind of art to even get seen there anymore. its so sad

Does anyone else feel like stress, financial pressure, and political strife have shortened your life? Not in a "I'm going to die sooner" way, but in a "I can only plan to survive a week at a time and there is no future to look forward to" sort of way. It's like...the PERCEPTION of life is shorter.
