Turkey’s Defense Ministry says it’s open to sending troops to Ukraine as part of an international mission, if three conditions are met: a full ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, a clearly defined peacekeeping mandate, and a fair division of responsibilities among participating nations.

With the Kremlin now running US foreign policy, having lured Trump's team with promises of Russian riches, its all about assuring Ukraine FIRSTLY agree to Russian demands and only THEN vague discussions with the Americans for nonsense "security guarantees" that never happen.
