DE cut their svcs. to N. America vs last year, couple that with a drop in US tourism, I really can't see DE adding any US cities. BUT, IF DE were to add something, I think BWI would be near the top of their list for the reason you mentioned & the lower risk of an E. Coast route vs W. Coast route.

JFK-ATL must be the route that ends in April.

I believe that YUL-SEA will be flown by AS, just not in the next 3 years. Once relations thaw with Canada once again, I think there will be pent up demand. AS wants 12 new Intl routes from SEA by 2030, YUL is also in the top 100 destinations not served by AS from SEA, add MEX to that list also.

Daedelus is a middleman for US Govt. bought commercial planes. They bought XP'S 73G's. N701VL, N707VL & N721VL are still currently in the XP fleet. N702VL, N703VL, N704VL, N705VL, N706VL & N708VL are gone. Daedelus paid 140 million for 6 jets. Rumor is, the last 3 73G's are going to Daedelus too.

AUS-HNL & SLC-LIH show up in the top 100 unserved domestic markets in the US. LIH-SLC is smart, yet would require a 757, single connections via SLC to lots of places. HNL-AUS on DL may work, as it feeds a DL hub on the AUS end, something HA did not enjoy. ATL-KOA is pretty thin.

I think with some changes, F9 could be an amazing carrier. They need to drop the expensive places to fly, F9 does not really command the type of fare revenue to make it worthwhile, for JFK & LAX. Now if F9 can find a clever way to get a premium for LAX & JFK tickets, then both places should stay.

I think there are a few surprises, BOI & GEG. Did you notice that AS's new city of Tulsa, is one F9 dropped. I'm sure the two are not related. lol.
