I just spent fifteen minutes trying to find the impeller for her water fountain pump. I cleaned the fountain earlier and was putting it back for her. I forgot it was magnetic and was stuck to the underside of the bowl.

I think I still have a few Save Ferris stickers.

Explain that it's a do over and not every environment is the same. As well, that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be afraid to learn their job (in the ways your place does it) as it takes time to break old habits, etc.

Expected purchase mortgage applications to increase 23%. It only did 1.4%. As I am in the mortgage industry, my monthly bonus is based off of production. We are mainly a purchase shop, not refinances.
