I gotta give the therapist answer: Everyone's timeline is different and you can't put a number on it. 🙂

Although, here are a few things that helps:
1. Practice skills outside of therapy
2. Have a support system
3. Build your resource/coping skills tool box (min. three)
4. Breaks are okay

It means I am not applying 😂😅 it means you gone be doing the entire job the first day with no training
