We can’t let these people win by taking that away. It makes sense that the universe will respond if we collectively push out all those who want to drain our spirit. Let them go down their own, misguided path. Keep finding the good in people, rally those that need help seeing positivity and push on x
I think I’ve finally realised that although I have a happy life and I’m grateful for it, the guilt I feel waking up encased in grief and sadness is because empathically I feel the world’s state of wellbeing more so the lack of it. We’re in real crisis of losing the capacity to feel any joy at all.
