I think every dog owner remembers where they were the first time their dog jumped out the car window! (Asheville, NC; she had to pee & couldn't wait! Car was moving at the time.... Fortunately, she suffered no injuries, & I learned never to put the windows down far enough to fit a dog through! 😁

I had a horrific panic attack today. One of the worst in months or maybe even years. I thought I’d like to just explain what it feels like to normalize it for everybody else out there who suffers for anxiety, depression or similar.
