Two weeks after surgery, my uncle had heart attack so I drove to MN to advocate for him and my aunt. I was able to exercise my leg while driving. I got a lot of walking in at the hospital. I'm home now. On Tuesday I'll be 6 weeks out, which is when my doctor told me I can get into the hot tub again.

Headed back home in the a.m. after a couple weeks attempting to help my aging aunt and uncle after his heart attack. I started their ins claim for in-home help and hooked them up with a highly rated local company. I'm hopeful all will be well. They're just salt-of-the-earth folks.

I'm just about 4 weeks out from left knee replacement. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The care I received at Alta View Intermountain Health in Sandy, Utah, and surgeon Dr. Michael Johnson has been A+++. I would not hesitate to recommend this doctor and hospital. Outstanding.

I got a very humane therapist... I took a pain pill before my appointment because I knew it would hurt. She said she doesn't push hard--she encourages self-motivation. YAY! Some discomfort today, but little pain.

I'm 2 weeks out and feeling good. Starting PT today.

I'm doing the PT exercises , icing and elevating my leg, and resting a lot. Pain is well controlled mainly with Tylenol, but tramadol to help me sleep. It's good to hear from you. I hope everything is going well for you, too.
