I’m a little relieved Carney walked back his initial comments about our support for the US in the war on Iran. I knew he spoke too soon and used the wrong words. But I’m still feeling a little cautious.

Hmmm. Usually a big supporter. Not sure you should have used the word “support” for an illegal war started by a dictator.

In Canada, we also have people on the left and right side of the political spectrum. And we certainly don’t always agree. But I’m proud to live in a country where we can put politics aside in a time of tragedy, and just be decent human beings.
