It reminds me of the subreddit r/theDonald back in 2016 or so where it seemed like they used it to coordinate messaging that would later reach other platforms and spread further.

The US & Europe host 10% - yet they are setting a tone that normalizes closing borders.

"Not the odds, but the stakes..." is my shorthand for the organizing principle we most need in campaign coverage. Not who has what chances of winning, but the consequences for American democracy.

Ceasefire typically means ending the violence to negotiate a political solution. βHumanitarian pauseβ is halting fighting so aid can be delivered / civilians can leave. But once that agreed window closes they can go back to fighting. Iβm not a legal expert but thatβs a simplified way to get it.

By using the term "open border," conservatives are falsely suggesting that anyone can get into the U.S. without much hassle.

Since 1992, the U.S. has quadrupled the number of Border Patrol agents β from less than 5,000 to nearly 20,000 today.
The idea that the U.S. has an "open border" is false. We explain. With fact.
