I hate to admit this but the RS3 MTX poll is great marketing. 100k is a low bar and they knew it would pass but they got players to feel like their vote mattered AND made sure it would get shared around and will definitely get media coverage.

You train sailing by doing things the same way you do other skills. There just also happen to be other training methods like courier tasks. You can literally train it by salvaging and it's like training woodcutting.

It does though. Sailing unlocks all kinds of new areas in the game and new ways to train other skills. There was a whole poll about it. It touches every skill in some way.

idk if he'll be a straight up bad guy but at some point the Army of the Light and the Arathi are going to have some kind of clash because the Arathi care a lot more about "purity" than the Army of the Light do and I'm sure the Arathi will find the existence of Lightforged Undead to be profane.

Minigames take place in a specific place and generally have rewards that use a currency only attainable from that minigame.

Sailing takes place around the entire world, has multiple ways to train, and has rewards that don't involve a collected currency.

We have EVERYTHING set and ready to roll! It's a bit later than what I was aiming for, but here is the official schedule for Indie Impact 2025! (On an Excel sheet, cuz we're fancy up in here)
