I found the section on the Russian budget absolutely illuminating. (yes, I've become that person). But seriously, how many of you knew that oil and gas revenues make up only... 20% of the Russian state budget. I assumed it was at least double that.

In Nederland zitten we nog net voor dit punt. Het is nog grotendeels impliciet (geweld afkeuren maar er wel 'begrip voor hebben' / bedreigingen gedaan door je eigen achterban niet aanpakken / politieke opponenten deportatie toewensen / glashard liegen).
