Well aware of devolved / reserved matters. But the point is that annexed by an England/UK with zero influence in the new world order (other than as a convenient landing strip/port for US military) Scotland's powerlessness exposes Scots to decisions made elsewhere that threaten our national interest.

Our CoR is a crucial part of Scots law that predates the EHCR and provides key rights incl. protection against malicious prosecution and rights to full restitution. Scots enjoyed CoR provisions long before the ECHR. It's heartbreaking that Scottish politicians and lawyers do not know this already !

Link to Scotland's CoR Act - passed by the Convention of Estates in April 1989, and included as Art. XXV of the Acts of Union. The people of Scotland are entitled to its rights and protections and the CoR is entitled to the proper consideration of the courts.

The 1689 Claim of Right underpins Scots Common Law and provides a distinctly Scottish authority for the human rights protections afforded by the ECHR and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. The people of Scotland were guaranteed, as a condition of Union, that our CoR would be preserved.
Details of National article attached - this is good news! Craig Murray’s affidavit references Scotland's Claim of Right, a very specific law within which makes the prohibition of peaceful protest by means of stretched or frivolous law, particularly on matters of conscience, unlawful in Scotland.
