Nanobots (Powerpuff Girls)

Microscopic robots that come to Townsville via the rain in the episode "Nano of the North". They cause trouble via eating carbon matter, which the girls have to shrink to take them on

They come together to make a 6-inch robot which ironically makes them weaker

Kismet is a robot I wanted to include for a long time I just forgot the name, lucky I favorited a YouTube video about it years ago as I was scrolling through my YouTube favorites lmao

A robot face developed at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1997 with the ability to recognize and display emotions and even respond through text to speech

The process of Kismet was inspired by infant social development through Parent-Child interaction. It's name is Turkish for Luck

Neptr (Adventure Time)

(Never Ending Pie Throwing Robot) A robot created by Finn for the purpose of pranking Jake by throwing pies at him. But being made from trash, he has trouble using his throwing arm until The Ice King fixes his arm, considering him his father or Papi

GIR (Invader Zim)

The robotic servant of Zim. Built out of scraps of a SIR (Standard Information Retrieval Unit), GIR lacks the intelligence and bloodlust of a regular SIR unit, choosing to be happy-go-lucky and hyper energetic, watching TV and eating junk food and is usually seen his dog disguise

Meowmaids (Super Paper Mario)

Wind up catmaids that serve the super nerd chameleon Francis, doing his bidding like recording his favorite shows without commercials and organizing his comic books.

Some are more hostile than others, also remember catmaids? Those were the best.

Robosaurus

A 40 foot tall robotic T-Rex debuting at various motorsports shows in 1989. It weighs 31 tons and breathes fire thanks to two 20 gallon propane tanks. It sustains itself on smaller weaker vehicles that can get the crowd going.

Pikachu Robot (Pokemon)

A remote controlled toy of the Pokemon mascot owned by the Super Nerd class in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver

Obviously does not battle but has made its way into other Pokemon merch

ROB 64 (Star Fox)

Robot pilot of team Star Fox's mother ship, Great Fox. Often giving updates to the status of the other member's ships that were damaged in battle and teleporting weapons in for the mission

Named after the robot NES peripheral R.O.B. and the console he debuted on, the Nintendo 64

More like Robbie the sunglass wearing, Bart Simpson lookalike in a blue dress

A robot from ELO's 1981-1982 tour promoting the album "Time", Fred would introduce the band during the prologue, and from there would be on stage interacting with the band and would even close the show with a "Thank you and good night from ELO."

The Andy Warhol Robot

A animatronic replica and modeled bust of the artist Andy Warhol beginning production around 1982. The intent would be that Warhol would tour around with this robot and have it take interviews and questions. Andy would even work with Disney Imagineers on the project.

Debatably a robot cause we never see who's actually working the drive thru, but considering we never have I'm labeling it a robot

Blubbo's Whale (Homestar Runner)

A whale shapes fast food drive thru box that asks for you for your order for said restaurant. Weirdly placed in the middle of a field, nowhere near the actual restaurant.

Man-at-Legs (Pikmin)

(Pseudoarachnia navaronia) A biomechanical member of the Arachnorb family that has the ability to fire explosive rounds on you and your Pikmin, but with careful maneuvering, you can dodge the rounds and take out the robospider

Jimmy the Robot (The Aquabats)

The robot saxophonist/keyboardist of the band. The most level headed of the group, he also serves as the science officer and main driver of the BattleTram

His robotic nature keeps him from completely understanding humans, but he cares a lot for his family and mates

Shapesnatch (Yu-Gi-Oh!)

A bowtie with horrible power, it has the ability to control others to attack for it

For its mediocre stats, summoning cost and goofy flavor text, Shapesnatch has become a bit of a meme among Yu-Gi-Oh fans

Speed Buggy (Speed Buggy)

A talking dune buggy that speaks with a sputtering notion. He often competes in races and goes on adventures with three other teenagers, including Tinker, his creator and best friend (and is totally not just Diet Shaggy)

Buster (Sonic Boom)

Sticks the Badger's robot dog she adopted in the episode "Buster", it is a slime robot producing disgusting slime that grosses out her friends.

Despite that, Sticks still loves the guy and her love manages to break the loyalty to his creator, Dr. Eggman

Lunar Robot (Wallace and Gromit)

A strange coin operated robot found on the Moon seen in the short "A Grand Day Out"

It's purpose seems to clean and repair the Moon, although it wishes to escape and ski. Luckily due to circumstances, it can freely ski on the Moon's surface

Chicken (Robot Chicken)

The titular chicken, who was reanimated into a cyborg by a mad scientist and forced to watch endless edgy sketches

But when it comes to saving his girlfriend, he'll kick anyone's ass who comes in his way

Ape III (Arm Wrestling)

In this obscure entry in the Punch Out Series, Ape III is a robot gorilla controlled by the girl genius, Alice in the art of arm wrestling, but even a robot with perfect skill cannot defeat you, the champion

Sico (Rocky)

An extremely out of place robot owned by Adrian's brother Paulie Pennino. It seems to be good at celebrating his birthday.

Also reprogrammable to be any gender you want, which is what Paulie does to turn it into his wife

I don't want to know what he does with that robot alone

Fembots (Austin Powers)

Robots in the shape of curvy, beautiful, flirtatious women created by Dr. Evil's henchwoman Frau Farbissina to seduce and kill Austin Powers

Their main weapon is a pair of dual guns located directly in their breasts.

A robot that looks like an Ewok from Star Wars. It's round, with short, banded arms and legs and round, bear-like ears and a heart-shaped nose. It's carrying a spear tipped with a flint blade and has a ragged hood draped across its self, with a hole for its face. It's turning slightly towards the viewer, like the famous production shot of Warwick Davies in costume as Wicket during the filming of Return of the Jedi.
