When I was at Addleshaw, the firm had an amazing in-house catering team for clients.

One KC enquired about cakes for a con (he was obsessed and v particular). Our kitchen said “leave with us”.

When he arrived they’d made him a Black Forest torte covered in gold leaf! Reader, he nearly wept.

Quite a lot. If you’re enterprising you could exit with water bottles, umbrellas, a backpack and even an ill-advised gilet.

I feel, having followed his work for some time, this needs a @sirjjkc.bsky.social ruling/validation.
