This was my last project, Nora the Snow Piggy. I’m working on a set of 3. Unfortunately my sweet baby cat knocked the brown piggy off the counter and it fractured a bit, from the base up the cheek. Repaired it with some resin, but I want to further reinforce it with some epoxy just to be safe 😭

I finished my Beluga doll! I had to learn how to make a sewing pattern for this project. The Seal doll is all done too, but he needs clothes (& my husband is developing the clothes for that one). Hopefully we can get pics of the couple together, soon :)

My family can be so bizarre… my dad is very supportive & encouraging towards my art but several times he’s said “I wish you would make darker/creepier stuff”. Uh… no thanks?

I feel like most people would have family saying “your arts good but so weird! Can’t you just paint pretty flowers?” 😂

I wanted to share the progress on my seal doll. This is the second draft, and I’m pretty much done with the model design. He will need to be printed again due to some defects. I have to learn how to make clothes.

I have only been doing pixel art for the last month or so. So today I took a break and made this drawing. Me and my lil girl. I’ll probably never stop drawing us together because I’m never going to be able to capture exactly how she makes me feel.

My little sister graduated college so I made her some pixel art of her and her favorite Pokemon going through the seasons. I also managed to find cards with all the stages of Luxray!

Here are some screencaps from a Christmas themed game I was making for my husband last year. I did not finish it & I don’t plan to… was just taking way too long because of how I chose to render the pixel art.

Eventually when I have a significant number of pages I will reshare this somewhere else, and post it in chronological order. Right now I’ve just been making up little scenes as they come to me.

P3: The group in side view, Keya motions towards the water, "C'mon buddy. Back to the ocean." P4: Herbert flops his way towards the water. Keya says, "There ya go. Good boy."

P1: Herbert swimming. June whines, "My baby...". Keya comforts her, "this is for the best." P2: June shields her eyes as she looks out, "wait a minute..." P3: a shark fin rips through the water. June thinks, "is that...?" P4: June screams "Herbert, NO!!! A SHARK!!!" Keya is holding her back. P5-P7: A shark closes in on Herbert underwater.

P1: Herbert smacks the shark. P2-P4: The shark is blown out of the water and skips along the surface- off into the horizon.

Herbert continues to nonchalantly swim away. June celebrates on the beach, "I didn't know he could do that! I'm so proud of him!"

Goodbye, Herbert.
