What tools or techniques do you use to map out your player journey?

For me it’s bullet points-> Milanote maps -> detailed outline breaking down how each narrative tool is used to convey the story at any given point -> scripts

Remember how reading books assigned at school felt like work but reading for fun was fine?

I feel like I still struggle with that as an adult. Reading for research/upskilling feels like a chore. But I’ll probably read that book if there’s no mandate to do so?

Does anyone have a solve for this?

Fantasy films in India really need to move on from Hindu mythology. They’re so cliche, reductive, usually sexist and casteist, and just keeps pushing the same propaganda.

Exhausted.

They are also conscious of the many inequities that can and do plague this space. The foreword itself does a great job of clarifying intent, and establishing their trust. As for the entries, its like a small enjoyable wiki of a wonderful gallery of all beings spooky and malicious.

It's very cool. The editors and writers ( @blaft.bsky.social ) have thougtfully compiled fables, myths, legends from many parts of the sub-continent (and surrounds). Care has been given to look beyond famous hindu epics, and focus in on more local spooky beliefs.

I really enjoyed #Superman! It had heart, it had charm, it was punk in the most Boy Scout way. It was contemporary and nuanced while still being hopeful. It was comic book-esque in the best possible way.

This is such a great resource on fables, myths, and stories outside of the hegemony within the subcontinent.

I can imagine so many games that explore these spooky monsters!
