Is 2026 gonna be the year I revisit old childhood favorites, like first Shaman King and now it's Detective Conan too

The only other Dec Conan thing I did was looking up the wiki to be like "Are Ran and Shinichi finally dating or are we still waiting, Aoyama it's been 30 years"

I am dangerously close to just picking up reading Dec Conan again after 15+ years of not keeping up actively, outside movie watching and random ep watching with my dad

Update: Chat will laugh but I may have sorta stumbled into the Morofushi rabbit hole over the weekend 😭

I also get very embarassed about Ronove simping as much as I have, but simultaneously if I want anything to be taken away from my Umineko reading it's "Girl who's really not normal about fruity demon butler and wants to be Gaap's footrest and Beato's seat cushion"

There are times I wish I could go back to my EP 3 VODs and just scrub them from the face of the earth because those are the ones I can't look through without cringing so much I have to leave, but I resist the urge to delete them and leave them up as a ritual of shame instead

Like I know I was very new to streaming and all while I was reading Umineko but I do feel shame for some of my reactions being a bit too...candid? I get very loud when I'm excitable or emotional and in the moment I'm having fun (or suffering) but afterwards I'm like "Oh. That was very embarassing"

Lately every time I think about my Umineko VODs I feel a huge wave of embarassment. I remember some of my moments and just can't help think "How did people put up with me for 3 years of this"
