@americanair.bsky.social told passengers on AA2405 to get off the plane. Now won't let them back on the plane because...wait for it...they got off the plane! The type of stupid that causes passengers to lose it. Feel sorry for couple with 2 little babies. The least American could do is upgrade them.

@americanair.bsky.social Hours of delays trying to leave SB. Now taking us to wrong city. Will be stranded in Dallas. To compensate us for our trouble, offered a voucher to stay at a Motel 6. Seems a rotten way to treat a Million Mile/Platinum member.
Now they've decided they're not taking us to Dallas they're going to take us to Phoenix for reasons that make absolutely no sense. We have no place to stay in Phoenix and no way to get home to Washington. WT actual F.????
