The ships hung in the sky in much the same way that bricks don't.
An update on the Blakeโs 7 Production Diary Series C.
No, it was always the plan.
I'm not sticking my oar into this debate.
This is another minor classic I think. A really interesting song. Neil's vodka fuelled dream on a train journey becomes an interesting song.
I always imagined it was Sharon waiting for him at the end, calling out his behaviour from a place of love! Probably not but it feels right somehow!
"You find it don't add up to much when you're wrapped in a blanket of stars with the one you love."
Minor edit to the video so hopefully this one will just show. Watch this space for further information about the upcoming quiz by me and @sihart.bsky.social

That's so good!
Is it based on the fictional show in Press Gang starring Michael Jayston?
Absolutely! I've seen my older two lean into similar things and call it out which is fabulous. I love how confident they are about accepting it all and how they're not phased by it at all. That's how it should be.
Me too. I think they'll be fine, they're not all going to fall into previously established patterns, thank goodness.
Exactly!
Homophobia is taught, it's not innate.
Funny thing, my nieces and nephews were introduced to my ex-partner from an early age and just accepted it. It has never, ever been a problem and no explanation was needed whatsoever.
What we're seeing here is them thinking parents aren't ready for this conversation more than anything.

That would have involved hair dye. I've never done hair dye.
It is! ๐
It was absolutely deliberate!
You from a different decade.
2008, back when I went to Grange Hill school..
I suspect it isn't that clever.
How did I miss this last week? I think the padding weakens this one because the scenes on the station are so much more interesting. We needed more of them.
Bit of a first draft due to current illness, but wanting to keep these on track so here it is. May go back & revisit later, but for now here's my thoughts on Breakdown for your consideration.

This is an interesting episode. The one where Boucher really fills in the gaps that Nation's thin script needed. The longer quiet moments fill the time that the under running script needed and there are scenes that the regulars improvised together to fill it out.
And it's Pennant not Maloney btw
The taste of paradise, or the last one left in the tin...? I was pleasantly surprised with this week's #Blakes7 episode, so here's my review of Bounty.
What's your thoughts?

I could be persuaded!

The Day of the Triffids
A number of films have been donated by a former BBC employee. With these were reel-to-reel recordings made in August 1968 of โThe Day of the Triffidsโ, which had been broadcast on Radio 4 FM in June and July that year. These copies are of very high quality.
