normally I've been fine without installing drivers on other machines...
I had it narrowed down to chipset drivers, i already had the latest version from Dell.
had to go get the driver directly from Intel.
seems to have fixed the issue

98% of my win11 experience has been on my dell Inspiron laptop...
ive normally installed win10 on whatever machine i had, with no issues.
but ive commonly had stability issues with dell, especially if i didnt install drivers....
