Therefore SwissID is particularly locking out part of the population of using a service which is necessary for certain services. I'm thinking hard to make this a political topic.
I'm pretty sure this is a bit nono.
Since this check is in place, several non-stock androids are simply banned of using SwissID, except they use OTP, which is inherit insecure and I refuse to use it.
Now that more and more companies such as the Post require SwissID this service is no longer available for this group.
SwissID makes it incredibly hard to use their services.
If you want to protect your own data, they lock you out. Because they need Google PlayStore Security checks.
In my opinion, a governmental authentication service. Should not be allowed to use this.
