Much of it was due to not trusting scientists and I hate what they did to Dr. Fauci. General mistrust of the gov't too. Trump told Bob Woodward in 1/2020 this was a 'bad one'. Measles was declared eradicated in 2020 and look what's happened in 20 years with not trusting science or vaccines.
