lots of good suggestions here about adding texture and color (i personally always use a textured brush to lay out large areas of black). another potential suggestion would be to play with gradient maps, theyre a great way to quickly test out color pallets or brighten up dark spots

im still trans im never gonna stop being trans and i have no desire to be cis or pass as cis, whatever that means. that being said, there is a reason i have not attempted to change my legal name and gender marker yet, and i imagine you can guess why

finally talked to a human person and got my stuff extended while my info is re-submitted 👍 the moral of the story is never throw anything out ever

its because every time i re-do his reference sheet i make his chest slightly bigger 👍

sometimes i open up my own reference sheet WIPs just to look at my OC designs and then close the file 3 hours later after having not worked on it at all

i called and it went straight to the "these are our office hours" message and then wouldn't even let me leave a voicemail it just disconnected lol

i found the letter from the state that says "we got your information and renewed your case for another year" so at least I have physical proof that I did everything right..... were supposed to get a massive blizzard tonight tho so i probably wont be able to talk to someone for a while 😔

And of course I get the letter on a Saturday so I can’t even call them to say what the fuck. A country with universal healthcare wouldnt have this problem. But my life can just get ruined on a weekend and I’m supposed to act like nothings wrong. What a joke

thats what im hoping but the thing is, i DIDNT forget anything!!! i sent them everything months ago! they APPROVED my renewal BECAUSE i gave them everything! to walk it back months later feels insane 🫠

just found out i lost insurance. theyre saying i didnt provide proof of income, even though i did. i had to to get it renewed. they just. lost it and i lose insurance. just like that. i cannot afford any of my medications if they do not fix this. i feel like im going to throw up
