I understand the capitalistic TV ecosystem, but you develop SUCH a close relationship to your local baseball announcers over six months. And now we have new folks who haven't been around the team and a weirdo camera angle. It sucks!

My hot take is that the announcers are actually fine. But it's crazy jarring to go from "your guys" for most of the year to national guys for the biggest games. In the NFL, you're already primed for national guys. NBA too given the volume of national games. www.jsonline.com/story/sports...
