Hey that looks pretty decent. Using WLED for a light box is a cool idea, you could potentially get a little dramatic clip of the shading changing from side to top-lit.

Made a quick demo that shows random #Pokemon in a 9x9 grid. Loading from SD was kind of annoying at first.
