The Principal of this teaching facility is Hatterene, a retired explorer, always with a smile in her face, she is very prideful of her achievements as explorer, but she does act a little bratty when things doesn't go her way.
The Vice Principal is Indeedee, he was her explorer teammate.

The Hatterene's Monastery is a big building where once a hollow hill used to stand tall. This place's purpose is to teach young Pokémon about the world Lord Arceus created and discover their many enigmas.

Fun fact about Eternal Elemental, It was initially planned to having only a gender option and you were automatically assigned Nuzleaf (for male) and Steenee (for female). Later, I decided to change it to have a more traditional starter selection and quiz like in the original game.
That is a really good start!
